Ideas for 2006 "t3h chinese year of t3h monkey doriftu" ;D
I suggest an old pac "cruise" to Terrigal..
and a Putty Road run.
What else.. (of course there will be the drift days..)
MAybe a twilight drift day then a piss up at Chris's joint in Turramurra?

I am thinking of making a Cruise/BBQ up to Chichester Dam/Barrington Tops area, there are some nice areas up there lots of cool look outs wilderness.esmartweb.com/NSW/tops.htmlit is an idea, it will be a full day i think unless u live in Dungog due to the distance it is from Newcastle but i think half the fun is getting there. All the roads there are sealed up to Dungog and to Chichester Dam. There are a few “drives” listed on the site above such as: Allyn River Forest Drive: The Allyn River Forest Drive is from Dungog to Gresford and through the Chichester State Forest. The drive is about 110km long (about 3 hours driving time). Along this drive (a leaflet is available from State Forests) are the Williams Top Lookout, Headwaters Lookout and the Allyn River Forest Park (picnic and camping sites). Telegherry Forest Drive: The Telegherry Forest Drive begins from the town of Dungog for a 90km drive through the Chichester State Forest. Follow the Chichester Dam Road and then follow the signs for the Telegherry Forest Drive. There are a number of worthwhile places to visit along the drive, including Jerusalem Creek, Telegherry Forest Park, Dundungra Falls, Kanungra Lookout, Frying Pan Forest Park and Problem Creek Falls. What do u guys think. |
