Just looking up motorkhanas in our area. Not drifting but you know you all want to improve your car handling skills June Saturday 11th Tar Motorkhana MGCCN - Sandgate July Saturday 2nd Tar Motorkhana MG HR – Sandgate September Saturday 3rd Tar Motorkhana MGCCN - Sandgate November Saturday 12th Tar Motorkhana MGCCN-Sandgate MMM i think i'll get to some of them for some fun

Nah last weekend i was to busy putting the engine back in my car, next motorkhana is on the same day as state drift round 3 The one after that i'd like to get to though

How big is the area? Royal drift should see if they can organise a mini drift there (USA style, kill the cone drift hehe). The area in the street directory is around 500m by 150m but i dunno if that's all carpark or includes the whole produce market site.

I would be glad to try and organise something like this, i will definitly attend the next one and speak to organisers in regards to organising events like this, and the requirements.

Yeah great plan, organising motorsport in an area already used for such things would be far far easier than the kart track. Also the layout would be variable to suit. If a proper club is needed to back it i can organise somthing through IDA i'm sure . I've made a post RE this idea in the members section of the IDA board.
