Thats a function of the compression, the rapidshare version looks much better and the original one looks better again but is to big to share really.
If you want to see a better one get the rapidshare version instead of the google one.
Also it's not designed to play fullscreen really since the resolution of the vid is so much lower then fullscreen, watch it at 100 or a bit bigger and it looks good.
