What driving techniques are still giving you a hard time? For me, left foot braking feels awkward, but i'm definatly going to keep at it. I find that because the left foot uses the clutch, stabbing and jerky applications of the brake can occur and because of that i rarely use it.

Try and get it before the apex so that your setup for the corner isn't too late. But most of the time a decent lift off the accelerator is sufficient to shift the weight to the front wheels and loose rear traction. Also do you pull the hand brake with the clutch in? It is not nescessary to apply the clutch in the wet, as it is tricky to not get too much wheel spin when you either release or pop the clutch afterwards. But in the dry you have to apply the clutch in most situations because the grip of a dry road will pull the engine revs down too quickly, stalling your drift.

You don't need to pop the clutch in the wet. Use weight shifting to initiate the slide instead, it should be much smoother.
