Ok guys, heres a link to an autospeed article which measured negative pressure areas in the intake system of an older turbo Audi and came up with some interesting results. autospeed.drive.com.au/cms/article.html?&A=0663The key points raised were: The main spots where you have bottlenecks are usually the (1) intakes on airboxes (2) the bellmouth inside the airbox (3) the afm and (4) the pipe from afm to turbo. Again all stuff most of us probably knew about... by running a 3" pvc cold duct into the airbox, using a decent filter element, modifying the internal bellmouth in the box, removing any mesh from the afm and using a solid pipe from afm to turbo youll get much more of a gain than a pod... and will probably cost less and wont attract cops. This is similar to the system im running and it works better than my K&N pod did. --BYT-- Back Yard Tuning
