in the vid the footage of the long course is durig the day i think ill have a look 4 ya ive got it on cd but i dont know how to put it up on ;D the website

Windows movie maker is easy enough to use. If you can make some clips in that and email them to me, i can host a limited ammount of video in my own webspace if oyu like.
